A fitness class for anyone that incorporates exercises used by dancers to achieve optimal health. This class places a strong focus on body weight exercises and strengthening core muscles. Dance portions of class are cardio focused and the exercises are practical and challenging. We dive deep into our full potential and bring out the best in ourselves. Music and different training methods are used to mold and shape our bodies. New ways of thinking are developed, new disciplines are learned, new habits are built and great progress will be achieved. This class delivers a real punch and is guaranteed to make you healthy, strong, flexible, happy and more confident in yourself.
