A fitness class that incorporates exercises and methods we train as dancers. This class places a strong focus on developing discipline and strengthening your core. The dance routines done in class are cardio focused and the exercises are simple yet challenging. We will dive deep into our full potential and bring out the best in ourselves. We will use music and different training methods to transform our bodies, our way of thinking and our habits. New disciplines will be developed and great progress will be achieved. This class delivers a real punch and is guaranteed to make you healthy, strong, flexible, happy and more confident in yourself!
